"There is a good chance that those(some) amplifiers are on the edge of 1% THD at any power level.
This was the reason for “uncertified mode” when we designed the dyno. Some dirtier class D amplifiers can’t be tested in certified mode because they are over 1% THD at any level, especially low levels."
